Find an Employer
To become an apprentice, you must find an employer who agrees to provide you with on-the-job training while you work and get paid.
Become Registered
An agreement with your employer, outlining the conditions of your apprenticeship must be registered with your provincial or territorial apprenticeship authority.

In addition to wages, there are grants and other supports available to help apprentices make a successful journey to certification.
